Refund policy

At Saltwater Sol, we want you to love your keepsake. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns:

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • We accept returns of full-priced items within 30 days of purchase.

  • You can choose an exchange or a store credit to use on a future order.

  • Refunds are not offered for change of mind.

Sale Items

  • Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the fault. You are entitled to a refund, exchange or store credit.

Conditions for Return

  • Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and with packaging/tags intact.

  • Customers cover return postage costs, unless the item is deemed faulty.
